Terms of Service

By using Visitrack ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Read them — they're short.

1. The service

Visitrack is a web analytics product that tracks aggregate, anonymous visits and revenue on websites you own or have permission to track. You get access to the dashboard and the JavaScript tracker via a paid plan.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Unlimited teammates can be invited from your dashboard.

3. Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan ($79 one-time) grants access to the Service for as long as it continues to operate, including all future feature updates. "Lifetime" does not mean perpetual legal guarantee — it means no recurring subscription. If we ever shut down, we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide a full data export.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Visitrack to:

• Track sites you don't own or have written permission to track
• Collect data you would not be allowed to collect under applicable law
• Abuse the tracker endpoint (e.g., synthetic traffic, bot amplification, denial-of-service)
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the Service without written consent

Violations can result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT/sales tax where applicable. Invoices are available in your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Because the lifetime plan grants immediate and perpetual access to the Service, we do not offer refunds once the account has been activated. Please use the live demo on our landing page before purchasing.

7. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

8. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data collected by the Service for your sites. You can export it to CSV at any time. We will never sell your data or use it to train models.

9. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for more than 24 months, or are used for illegal activity.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visitrack is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
